Children receive homework that is appropiate to their age and stage of development. Children in Class R receive regular phonics and reading homework. From Class 1 through to Class 6 children receive maths, reading and spelling homework.

Older children may also receive homework to prepare them for the transition to secondary school and, where a topic has a particular link, we may also set research or design-based topic challenges from time to time.
