Year 6 Wilder Schools
On Thursday 26th June, Harriet and Pam visited from Surrey Wildlife for our final Wilder Schools session. We enjoyed a morning outside, learning about pollination; 'sweeping' the wild flower meadow and identifying the minibeasts that live there; creating minibeasts with only natural materials and finally whittling hazel branches with vegetable peelers. We had a fabulous morning and would like to say a big thankyou to Harriet and Pam who bring so much passion and enthusiasm.
