Toucans class had the best day visiting Ashdown Forest. We had so much fun learning about the landscape and its habitats. Our morning was filled with activities such as drawing the beautiful landscape on each other's backs; learning about the nightjar bird and how it nests and finding a spring and having a great game of micro Pooh sticks. We did all of this and more on a very long walk! In the afternoon, we made dens for either tourists or Winnie-the-Pooh and his friends. Our teamwork was brilliant. What a wonderful day we had!
