Class 3 have been working hard learning about Viking life. We were all very disappointed that our Viking day was cancelled; however, that did not stop anyone from finding out so many facts about the Vikings. They studied the timeline of different Kings, researched some, drawing pictures of them, and described their personalities. They looked at different artefacts and wrote about their uses. They studied the ancient Viking writing, Runes, and wrote secret messages. Have a look at Sunni’s below. Can you work out what she wrote? Sophie even styled her hair like a Viking girl for our Google Meet! Finally, some children not only researched the different foods that Vikings made and ate, they followed the recipes and made their own! Look at the delicious bread that was made!
