Following the success of last weeks football, we hosted a girls football tournament against Escots and Baldwins Hill. The girls started brilliantly with a 2-0 victory over Baldwins Hill. Isla-Rose providing some excellent running to keep their defence under pressure. The group stages finished with us top of the group. After winning the semi-final we unfortunately lost in the final to a strong Escots team. However we should all be incredibly proud of the improvements shown from the start of the year. I can remember after a tournament in October we were celebrating scoring one goal and this time we lost count!  A special mention must go out Lila who was a phenomenon  between the sticks, keeping the girls in the games throughout the tournament with some amazing saves! Well done to all the girls who attended!
