On Wednesday morning, a group of Year 4 went to Warlingham School to try out New Age Kurling.  We were taught how to 'throw' the stones by bending down and pushing the stones across the floor (They were on wheels... not ice!).  It took a few attempts to get the feel of them, but soon we were all landing them on the target!  We also had a go at some games to practise our throwing accuracy - balls and bean bags into hoops and ten pin bowling.  We had a great morning showing off our teamwork skills and we learnt a new skill too!
