Pandas had a brilliant Greek day where they fully immersed in the armies of Athenian and Spartan and they learnt formation and how the Spartans were beaten. The children then turned into the politicians of the time, thinking about what choices they would make and how to become great rulers. Writing was next on the busy agenda and the children learnt to use ink on papyrus, using the very complicated Greek alphabet. To finish the day there was a game of 5 lines, which the children felt was a cross between chess and checkers. The whole day was great and it was very sad to see it end.
