Yesterday, we celebrated VE Day in true Felbridge style! We started off by joining a live assembly, along with many other schools across the country.  The children heard memories of the events 80 years ago, from war veterans and their relatives; the oldest contributor was 108 years old - a truly inspirational gentleman!  We honoured the two-minute silence and watched the flypast over Buckingham Palace, recorded on Bank Holiday Monday.
