On Thursday, Pandas and Toucans enjoyed a morning of art in preparation for a local art exhibition with the theme of ‘Our beautiful planet.’ The children were able to choose from four options, deciding how they wanted to express their appreciation of our earth. Using clay, watercolours, recycled materials and collaging, they produced spectacular pieces of artwork. All the adults were blown away by the children’s perseverance and creativity! It was also a lovely opportunity for collaboration and sharing of ideas between year groups. Here are just a few highlights from the morning!
