“Some children from Toucans class went to the East Grinstead tennis club to learn about the different skills with other schools from around East Grinstead.  We were there to learn about new skills and manoeuvres.  It was really exciting and superb.  Everyone learnt how to serve in all sorts of different ways we never knew about!  An example of this was an underarm serve which we found tricky but we were all capable in the end.

My favourite thing was the rallies because it was probably the most fun thing we did there.

We learnt all the different scores we could earn if you got it past the opponents defence line.

It made me feel like I had achieved something great!”
