• Class 3 Assembly

  Well done to Class 3 for their fantastic assembly this morning.  They told us everything they had learnt about rainforests and how it is important that we look after these areas of the world.  They also entertained us with their rainforest song.
  Thanks to Miss Tomlin, Miss Baxter, Mrs Pitt and Mr Whyman for helping the children prepare for today.

• Surrey Fire Service Visit

  The Juniors received a very informative visit from the Surrey Fire Service. The talk included information about the difference between 'good' and 'bad' fires, what to do if your clothes catch light, how to escape from a fire, the importance of fire and smoke alarms, what a Fire Plan is and safe use of matches and lighters. The children were given lots of opportunities to ask questions and a few children were even able to dress up as a fire officer!
   

  

• Enterprise Week

  The week before half term saw the children engaged in a variety of enterprise activities culminating in the sale on Friday afternoon. It was lovely to see the children promoting their goods for sale, acting as sales people and managing change. The children were delighted to know that in total they have raised £841.08 with Class 2 raising a massive £156.91. Thank you to all parents and other family members who supported the children in this event.
